In this work for percussion keyboards, each of its three movements proposes a way of altering the perceptual possibilities of a repeated predominant central note. Different musical contexts are established and then manipulated by altering parameters such as harmony, timbre, rhythm or texture, changing the way the central is perceived. Thus, the compositional discourse is based on perception through the relationship between context and musical function.
